TALOS (Transportable Autonomous patrol for Land bOrder Surveillance system)

Is an international research project co- funded from the means of the 7th EU Framework Program in Security priority.

The project target is to prepare and test innovative conception of mobile, autonomic system for protection of European land borders in field conditions.

Representatives of Border Guard of the countries with EU land borders play an important role in the project. It is based upon monitoring of the system compatibility to the requirements and needs of end users.

Moreover, on TALOS stand mobile robots were presented, namely: IBIS and Scout and Explorer device..
